Every souce claims that you can do it by sign on to Wells Fargo Online and access "Dispute a Transaction" through "Account Services" in the "More" menu, I did the later one yet never see the "Dispute a Transaction" button either on website or app

Depends on the card If it's the Bilt card, yes you can view the card number in the Bilt app Other wells fargo cards, no you cannot see the number online, but you can add to mobile wallets through the app
