The judge accepted my explanation on appeal and awarded my permit You've already gone through the appeals process, with a lawyer, and lost IMO, unless you have a new lawyer that the judge owes a favor to, any more money you spend on this is just going down the drain

It would seam fair that if you got denied and then won the appeal the county should reimburst you for your legal cost Denials are damageing for you for future applications New York throws them around for the most lame reasons If your legal to buy a handgun you should have the right to get a conceal carry permit, period!
