I'm also experiencing this issue, except I'm on a private network and using a VPN (I have permanent kill switch activated on my laptop, no split tunneling or anything) I'm running windows 11 home I've tried switching from a five digit port to one of the standard 688X torrent ports I'm using Deluge version 2 1 1 and libtorrent 1 2 15 0

2 Copy all Deluge files 3 locate %appdata% - Raoming - Deluge - State 4 Paste all Deluge files here 5 Restart deluge 6 In Deluge CTRL A all files shown, right click - move storage - Select 'Completed' File (where all the data already is) 7 CTRL A all files again, Right click - Force Re-Check 8 CTRL A all files, Right Click - Resume

I'm new to Deluge, coming from uTorrent, but with Deluge, I can't figure out a way to stop seeding my torrents, I've done what google says and went into Preferences, Que, and switched everything to 0, but for some reason "Stop seeding when share ratio reaches 0 50" can't go under 0 50 no matter what

I found this thread because I was looking for more information on how the Deluge queue works Question: There is a submenu called Queue on the torrent RMB menu offering four options: Top, Up, Down, Bottom How does this setting interact with the settings described above by @Itanaman?
