So take a guess about the odor, since Guardz is a sealer would it work for the odor It,s painted drywall, (light color) on the walls and painted popcorn on the ceiling The ceiling is 15' at the peak The other unit is a really dark brown so with Guardz being clear I assume it wouldn't work for a color change
