SplashTop and Zoho both have pop ups flagging my arrival I also notice that when doing the initial EU agent setup I can have SplashTop ask for the username password for the client machine, a custom security code (8-20 characters), or require my specific permission if another authorized user (presumably my employee) wants access

I also have a Splashtop SOS account The problem with it is macOS Regardless of the Remote app used there are several hoops one has to go through to get full access Even then it just doesn't work sometime All my customers MS OS's have Simple Help persistent plus a handful of Apple users on earlier versions

Saw that Splashtop seems popular here Some of the other options being considered are ConnectWise Control, Remote Support, RemotePC, and VNC connect I think we also looked at Logmein Any thoughts on these or any others? Getting an idea for pricing and others experiences
