first christian church of roswell, ga. our basic beliefs: the bible is god’s word. the god of the bible is the one, true, living god. jesus christ is the son of god. every person is a sinner in need of a savior. we are saved by god’s grace through faith in christ. jesus established the church so that his followers might worship, witness, and walk with him together as a community of faith. every christian is obligated to observe the first day of the week as the lord’s day. jesus commanded his followers to observe the christian ordinances of baptism and the lord’s supper. heaven and hell are real places of eternal existence.
