Thanks for your reply I have updated my Windows 11 to Version 22H2 couple of weeks back After this there was no issues wrt Graphics card I got this issue with graphics card not detecting only 2 days back Yesterday, after driver updates dint work, I have used System restore to backout last update (Version 22H2)
